National Development Fund of Islamic Republic of Iran

National Development Fund of Islamic Republic of Iran (NDFI) is a sovereign wealth fund based in Tehran, Iran. Established in 2011, NDFI allocates a portion of revenue earned from oil, gas, gas condensate, and oil products to invest in country productivity, overseas investment, and create economic incentives for private economy development, and also aims to preserve the share of oil and gas resources and products for future generations. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of trustees, assisted by the supervisory board.
