National Development and Reform Commission

National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is an economic development agency based in Beijing, China. Established in 1952, the agency invests primarily in IT, bio-medicine, new energy, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. The main function of NDRC is to formulate and implement strategies for national economic and social development, annual plans, and medium and long-term development plans, to coordinate economic and social development. The assets of the agency are managed by the board of directors.
