Founded in 1983, MTG was a US based management consulting firm in the oil and gas, petrochemicals and chemicals industries with operations in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. WorleyParsons acquired MTG in October 2014. Advisian is a global consulting firm built from the merger of Evans & Peck, MTG and EcoNomics. The firm's assets were managed by the board members. The firm is no longer actively tracked by PitchBook.
