Motorola Solutions Pension Plan was a single-employer corporate pension formed in 1958 and was based in Schaumburg, Illinois. The plan covered substantially all domestic employees of Motorola Solutions who have completed one year of service. On September 17, 2014, the Company amended the Plan to terminate it effective December 3, 2014. The plan is no longer active hence no longer tracked by PitchBook.
