Montefiore Medical Center is a non-profit organization based in the Bronx, New York. Founded in 1884, the mission of the medical center is to heal, teach, discover, and advance the health of the communities it serves. It serves as a tertiary care referral center for patients from across the New York City metropolitan area and beyond and offers a full range of healthcare services to residents throughout the neighboring counties of Westchester and the Bronx.
