Minnesota Laborers Health and Welfare Fund

Minnesota Laborers Health and Welfare Fund is a multi-employer union pension fund based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The plan was established in 1968 as a result of collective bargaining agreements between various contractors' associations and construction labor unions. The plan provides medical, prescription, dental, vision, disability, and death benefits for eligible participants and their dependents or beneficiaries on a self-funded basis. The plan is administered by a joint board of trustees consisting of an equal number of employer and union representatives. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
