Miller & Long Employees' Profit Sharing Plan

Miller & Long Employees' Profit Sharing Plan was a multiple-employer defined contribution corporate pension based in Bethesda, Maryland. Established in 1963, the plan provided retirement and pension benefits to all full-time employees of Miller & Long Co. and Miller & Long DC who have one year of service. The assets were governed and managed by the Board of Trustees. United Bankshares served as custodian of the plan. As of July 19, 2018, the plan merged into Miller & Long Employees Combined Retirement Plan.
