Metal Lathers Local 46 Pension Fund

Metal Lathers Local 46 Pension Fund is a multi-employer non-contributory defined benefit union pension fund based in Woodside, New York. The fund was established under the provisions of an agreement and declaration of trust in 1950, between the Local 46 Metallic Lathers Union and Reinforcing Iron Workers of New York and Vicinity and the Employing Metallic Furring and Lathing Contractors Association of New York and Vicinity and the Cement League, who are parties to a collective bargaining agreement requiring contribution to the plan. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the executive management team.
