Mayo Clinic Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Rochester, Minnesota. It provides health care, most notably for complex medical conditions, through the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, Arizona, and Florida. In addition to medical care, the foundation provides education and research opportunities. The assets of the foundation are managed by the executive management team.
