Maxingvest

Maxingvest is a corporation based in Hamburg, Germany. Established in 1949, the firm is the parent company of the Maxingvest Group, which comprises the two operating subgroups Tchibo and Beiersdorf, and asset management subsidiaries. As a holding company, Maxingvest manages its equity interests. It is also responsible for the ongoing strategic development of the Group portfolio in close cooperation with the operating companies. The assets are managed by the supervisory board.
