Matson and Isom Profit Sharing Plan

Established in 1975, the plan used to provide retirement death and disability pension benefits to eligible employees. Effective from December 31 2014 the plan was terminated. This plan is no longer in operation and is not actively tracked by PitchBook. As of the date of termination, all participation in the plan was frozen. Matson and Isom ceased to provide contributions and all participants became fully vested in their account balances. Matson and Isom Profit Sharing Plan was a single employer defined contribution corporate pension based in Chico, California.
