Masters, Mates & Pilots Pension Plan is a multi-employer noncontributory defined benefit union pension fund based in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. Established in 1955, by the agreement and declaration of trust made by and between the International Organization of Masters, Mates, and Pilots, AFL-CIO (IOMM&P), and various signatory employers. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the executive team.
