MassMutual Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit noncontributory corporate pension based in Springfield, Massachusetts. Established in 1948, the plan provides retirement benefits to career agents and certain employees of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, an American mutual life insurance company. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the executive management team.
