Marathon Oil Company Thrift Plan

Marathon Oil Company Thrift Plan is a single-employer-defined contribution corporate pension plan based in Houston, Texas. Established in 1953, the plan covers casual employees of Marathon Oil Corporation (MRO) and Marathon Service Company. All of these participating employers, other than MRO, are wholly owned subsidiaries of MRO. An eligible employee may participate in the plan by making contributions to the plan. The plan is managed and administrated by an executive team. Fidelity Management Trust Company is the trustee of the plan.
