Previously known as Quilvest Private Equity, the firm was the private equity arm of the Quilvest Group, a global, independent wealth manager and private equity investor which is now acquired by the ODDO BHF Group and renamed to La Banque Privee Saint-Germain. The firm has three business lines: private wealth management, asset management, and corporate and investment banking. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
