Kapor Capital is a direct investment firm based in Oakland, California. Established in 1999, it invests in tech-driven early-stage companies committed to closing gaps of access, opportunity, or outcome for low-income communities and/or communities of color in the United States. It chooses the pre-seed and seed rounds as its entry point. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
