James S. Bower Foundation

James S. Bower Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Santa Barbara, California. Established in 1989, the foundation provides grants to those who share the belief that a healthier world can be fostered through action and social change. The causes that the foundation supports are educational, developmental and health processes for infants, children, youth and seniors, environmental conditions, human consciousness and social awareness. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board members.
