InnoCells was a direct investment firm based in Barcelona, Spain. The firm was established in 2017, the firm has created and fostered new digital ventures, collaborated with startups and corporations, and made digital strategic investments and acquisitions. It was the corporate venture arm of Banco Sabadell. The assets of the firm were managed by the executive management team.
