Inarcassa

Inarcassa is a union pension fund based in Rome, Italy. Established in 1958, the fund provides retirement, seniority, disability, invalidity, survivors, reversibility, and indirection pension and provides members with welfare benefits that in some cases are available from the moment of enrollment and in others require a minimum of just two or three years like for maternity and temporary disability allowances, allowances for disabled children, healthcare cover, subsidies, mortgages, interest subsidies and honorary loans to young people. The fund also provides other services and conventions designed to support the pursuit of the profession, such as the RC Professional Policy, specially designed for the professional engineer and architect categories. The assets are managed by the board of directors.
