ILTE is an economic development agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Established in 2001, the institution has been involved in administering state guarantees, loans, and equity financial instruments. ILTE's mission is to promote the growth and competitiveness of Lithuanian businesses by being an active partner in business financing. The assets are managed by the board members.
