Hungarian Export-Import Bank is a banking institution based in Budapest, Hungary. Established in 1994, the bank provides financing for the foreign trade activities of companies operating in Hungary. It is to serve Hungarian exporters through the provision of financing and insurance facilities. Acting as a tool for providing economic policy incentives, the mission of the bank is to support Hungarian exporting enterprises in facilitating the retention of jobs, growth in employment, and expansion of Hungary's export capacities. The assets are managed by the board of directors.
