HGV firm invests in seed, venture capital, and growth equity with a focus on companies and technologies disrupting the automotive, mobility, energy, automation, and transportation sectors. The firm invests in control-oriented direct buyouts, co-investments, and as an LP or GP. HPE invests in services, manufacturing, technology, and distribution businesses in the automotive, transportation, and logistics, specialty vehicle manufacturing / upfitting, rail, and related industries.
