Henan Investment Group

Henan Investment Group is an economic development agency based in Zhengzhou, China. Established in 1991, the agency is wholly state-owned by the Henan Provincial Government to operate state-owned assets within the scope of authorization by the provincial government. It is an investment and financing platform of the provincial government, and for Henan Province to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, with capital management as the core. It also offers investment management, investment in construction projects, sales of industrial production materials, and machinery and equipment required for construction projects, and raw materials for products of investment projects. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
