Healthy Communities Foundation

Healthy Communities Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Riverside, Illinois. Established in 2000, the foundation aims to improve the health of the community by supporting accessible, affordable, and appropriate health services to vulnerable populations to honor the legacy of Dr. Arthur MacNeal. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
