Health Foundation For Western & Central New York

Health Foundation For Western & Central New York is an independent non-profit foundation based in Buffalo, New York. Established in 2002, the foundation focuses on the health and health care of the people and communities of Western and Central New York. Since its inception, the foundation has always focused on funding and initiatives on improving health outcomes for two of the most vulnerable and underserved populations in our region, which are vulnerable older adults and children born to age five who are impacted by poverty. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of trustees.
