Health Forward Foundation

Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City is an independent, non-profit private foundation based in Kansas City, Missouri. Established in 2003, the mission of the foundation is to provide leadership, advocacy, and resources to eliminate barriers and promote quality health for the uninsured and underserved in its service area. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of directors.
