Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund is a public pension fund based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Established in 2003, it is an Other Post Employment Benefit (OPEB) fund that provides medical, chiropractic, prescription drug, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to all eligible State of Hawaii, City, and County of Honolulu, County of Hawaii, County of Maui, and County of Kauai employees and retirees. The assets of the fund are managed by the executive management team.
