Hangzhou Capital is an economic development agency based in Hangzhou, China. Established in 2018, the agency is a state-owned capital engaged in the entire life cycle from early-stage scientific and technological innovation investment to mid and late-stage industrial investment specified by the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.
