Halifax Bank

Halifax Bank is a banking institution based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Established in 1853, the bank offers banking products including current and savings accounts, personal loans, credit cards, loans, and capital market products to commercial, corporate, and asset finance customers. It was formed by the merger of Halifax and the Bank of Scotland. Presently, it operates as a direct subsidiary of Lloyds Bank and a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group.
