Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation

The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Palo Alto, California. Established in 2000 by Gordon and Betty Moore, the foundation works to find and support the ideas that will create an enduring impact on environmental conservation, patient care, and science. The foundation is dedicated to advancing environmental conservation, scientific research, and patient care, as well as helping to improve the quality of life in the San Francisco Bay Area. The assets of the foundation are managed by the executive management team.
