GoldPoint Partners, formerly known as New York Life Capital Partners, was formed in 1999 to manage private equity assets on behalf of institutional investors and its ultimate parent company, New York Life Insurance Company. GoldPoint Partners managed approximately $15.2 billion across three strategies: equity co-investments, private debt investments, and limited partnership investments in private investment funds. On April 04, 2022, the firm was merged with Apogem Capital.
