Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is a money management firm based in New York. Established in 2006, the firm is an independent infrastructure investor. GIP combines industry experience and industrial practice operational management to achieve risk-adjusted returns. In addition to its equity investing focus, GIP has a credit arm, the Credit Solutions, or "CAPS" Fund. GIP CAPS was formed to make non-equity investments, with the ability to transact across multiple entry points in the capital stack. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team. This firm is a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).
