Fund Manager of Financial Instruments in Bulgaria is a fund of funds based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Established in 2015, to manage the funds provided for financial instruments (FI) under the Operational Programs (OPs), co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds under programming periods 2014-2020 and 2021-2027. It is a commercial company with the sole owner of the capital, the Republic of Bulgaria, represented by the Minister of Innovation and Growth. The assets of the fund are managed and governed by the executive management team and channeled to the market via financial intermediaries.
