Fondaction

Fondaction is a direct investment firm based in Montreal, Canada. Established in 1996, the firm specializes in early venture, mid-venture, late venture, mezzanine, and growth capital investments. It is a development capital investment fund that promotes socially responsible development. The development capital investments are subdivided into three groups: direct equity participation in businesses, investments in specialized or partner funds, and a Québec-listed Small Capitalization ("Small Cap") securities portfolio. The assets of the firm are managed by the board of directors.
