Excellus Retirement Plan

Excellus Retirement Plan is a single-employer non-contributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Rochester, New York. Established in 1957, the plan provides retirement and pension benefits to its employees of Excellus Health Plan, which offers health insurance in Western, Central, and Upstate New York. The National Employee Benefits Committee (NEBC) of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association is responsible for the general administration of the program and for carrying out program provisions. Northern Trust serves as a trustee of the plan. The assets are managed by the executive team.
