Eugene & Agnes E. Meyer Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in Washington, District of Columbia. Established in 1944, the mission of the foundation is to identify and invest in visionary leaders and effective community-based nonprofit organizations that are working to create lasting improvements in the lives of low-income people in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. The assets of the foundation are managed by the executive management team.
