Estonian Development Fund

Estonian Development Fund was an economic development fund based in Tallinn, Estonia. It was founded in 2007 by the Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament) with the purpose of initiating and supporting changes in the Estonian economy. The aim of the development fund was to support positive change in the Estonian economy through investment activities, development monitoring and growth programmes. The agency offered funding to Estonian startups through developing the Estonian venture capital market. Estonian Development Fund is in liquidation and is no longer actively tracked by PitchBook.
