Ecolab Pension Plan

Ecolab Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit pension plan based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Established in 1972, the plan provides retirement, disability, and death benefits to all full-time employees and certain part-time employees of Ecolab and its subsidiaries. Northern Trust Company is the trustee of the plan. The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team.
