Dun & Bradstreet Credibility 401(k) Plan

Dun & Bradstreet Credibility 401(k) Plan was a single employer defined contribution corporate pension plan based in Malibu, California. Established in 2011, the plan provided retirement, death and disability benefits to eligible employees and beneficiaries of Dun & Bradstreet Credibility. Effective as of the close of business December 31, 2015, this plan merged with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation 401(k) Plan (the D&B Plan). All plan assets were transferred to the D&B plan on February 1, 2016. This plan is no longer in operation and is not actively tracked by PitchBook.
