Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) was a banking institution based in Frankfurt, Germany. The bank was formed in 2000, through the merger of Dresdner Kleinwort and Wasserstein Perella. The Wasserstein name was dropped in July 2006 when the investment bank was renamed back to Dresdner Kleinwort. The bank became inactive as a brand from the world of investment banking in September 2009, when its remaining businesses adopted the Commerzbank branding. This bank is no longer in operation and is not actively tracked by PitchBook.
