Dovi Frances

Mr. Dovi Frances is a high-net-worth investor based in Malibu, California. He is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at SGVC, an early stage venture capital firm focused on partnering with and providing resources to entrepreneurs. Frances served as a Company Commander (Captain) in the Israeli Defense Force stationed in the Gaza Strip and Negev Desert. After his military service in 2000, he was a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mitsubishi Motors and Hyundai Motor Company's largest subsidiaries in Israel. He manages his own investment funds.
