Development Bank of Southern Africa

Development Bank of Southern Africa is an economic development agency based in Midrand, South Africa. Established in 1983, the purpose of the agency is to accelerate sustainable socio-economic development and improve the quality of life of the people of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) by driving financial and non-financial investments in the social and economic infrastructure sectors. It is wholly owned by the Government of South Africa. The assets of the agency are managed by the executive management team.
