Delta Retirement Plan

Delta Retirement Plan is a single-employer, noncontributory, defined-benefit corporate pension based in Atlanta, Georgia. Established in 1971, the plan provides retirement and other related benefits to eligible employees of Delta Air Lines. The operation and administration of the plan except for investment management and control of assets are vested in the administrative committee of Delta Air Lines. The plan's investments are governed by the executive management team.
