David B. Gold Foundation

David B. Gold Foundation was an independent non-profit family foundation based in San Francisco, California. Established in 1992, the foundation focused primarily on children, youth, and families, democratic values, the environment, and Jewish culture. The foundation was dedicated to developing positive human potential and enriching the quality of life in the communities they serve. For succession reasons, the foundation transferred all of its assets to four successor private foundations, namely Sustainable Grant Making Partners Fund, Sustainable Futures Fund, Gold Bay Foundation, and Bluebird Legacy. The assets of the foundation were managed and governed by the board of trustees.
