Crozer-Keystone Health System Employees' Retirement Plan

Crozer-Keystone Health System Employees' Retirement Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Chester, Pennsylvania. Established in 1969, the fund provides pensions to eligible full-time and part-time employees of Crozer-Keystone Health System upon the attainment of 65 years of age. With the acquisition of Crozer-Keystone Health System by Prospect Medical Holdings in 2016, a change in plan sponsorship to Prospect Crozer occurred in 2016. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the executive management team.
