Cottage Health Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension based in Santa Barbara, California. Established in 1998, the plan provides pension, death, disability, survival, and retirement benefits to the eligible employees of Cottage Health, Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital, and Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital (collectively known as the System). The assets are managed by the executive management team.
