Cockrell Interests is a single-family office based in Houston, Texas. Established in 1957, the firm invests opportunistically in public and private markets including real estate, private equity, private debt, venture capital, agriculture, and energy assets. It also operates a foundation that donates money to philanthropic causes in Houston as well as to the College of Engineering at the University of Texas. The assets of the firm are managed by the board members.
