CNA Retirement Plan

CNA Retirement Plan is a single-employer defined benefit non-contributory corporate pension plan based in Chicago, Illinois. Established in 1967, the plan provides retirement benefits to certain eligible employees of certain subsidiaries of CNA Financial Corporation (CNA). Continental Casualty Company (CCC), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CNA, is the plan sponsor. The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team.
