City of Southfield Employee Retirement System

City of Southfield Employee Retirement System (SERS) is a public pension fund based in Southfield, Michigan. The plan is an ordinance-based, single-employer defined benefit plan that covers full-time career personnel of the city, other than the city attorney, who has an individual retirement plan by contract and sworn police officers and firefighters. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by the board members.
