City of Coral Springs Firefighters' Pension Plan

City of Coral Springs Firefighters' Pension Plan is a single-employer defined benefit public pension fund based in Coral Springs, Florida. Established in 2003, by the city commission, the plan covers all full-time certified firefighters. A board of trustees administers the fire plan. The duties of the board include interpretation of the plan, approval of benefits and payments from the plan, directions of plan investments, review of actuarial and investment reports relating to the plan, and recommending plan changes to the city commission. The assets of the fund are managed by the executive management team.
